Attorney Santiago’s professional profile comprehends over twenty years of combined experience providing legal representation and consulting services in areas related to immigration, labor/employment compliance, and human resources practices.  Attorney Santiago is a bilingual (Spanish & English) attorney licensed to practice law in Puerto Rico and before the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. In addition, since 2017 she has been a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), organization that she is a member of since 2004. 

After completing a BA in Labor Relations from the University of Puerto Rico, attorney Santiago focused her career on the Human Resources field where she occupied several managerial and consulting positions. Her passion for law lead her to complete a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Law (LLM) in Litigation and Dispute Resolution from The George Washington University, District of Columbia.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and gardening.
