John Kane Harmon is from Spartanburg, South Carolina, and studied Political Science and History at the College of Charleston. John has a passion for Immigration Law, and has years of experience in political advocacy and organizing under his belt. 

John’s former work experience includes an internship with a D.C. congressional office and an international non-profit organization. He also has experience working with local leaders and civil rights coalitions on various community-led initiatives. 

In his free time, John enjoys creative writing, historical research, and playing the guitar.
